Microsoft has localised its software in several African languages in the form of "Language Interface Packs" (LIP):
Microsoft also has a "Keyboard Layout Creator" (MSKLC) utility to facilitate development of layouts for input of languages with diverse character or script requirements.
Microsoft also makes available a web browser, Internet Explorer (this has not to our knowledge been localised in any African language other than Arabic).
