Mandombe

A script of recent origin (1978) used at its beginning mainly by the Kimbanguist church in Dem. Rep. of the Congo for writing Kongo. Mandombe can also write Lingala, Swahili, Tshiluba and most tonal languages and even European languages such as French. It is not encoded in Unicode and there is not yet to our knowledge any formal proposal to do so.

Examples

Sakwameso

There also exists a simplified Mandombe script: Sakwameso http://entraidekimbanguiste.pagesperso-orange.fr/Mandombe%20en%20Sakwameso.htm . References to this and how it is simplified have been hard to find. (The above link was seen on the French Wikipedia page.)
