The dot-GOV program is part of the USAID-funded DOT-COM Alliance and focuses on "Policy and Regulation." It is an ICT4D/E program led by Internews Network

"Working with USAID, dot-GOV promotes pro-competitive policy and regulatory reform to enhance economic and social development and provide universal access, especially for women and geographically and socially isolated populations."
It is not known if this program has been involved in any localisation in Africa.
