CMS

A Content Management System (CMS) is a software system used to organize, develop and post digital information, such as web content. As such, CMS programs are commonly used for building and maintaining websites.

Comparisons of CMSs

The two most popular open source CMS are Drupal and Joomla!. Drupal is quite an extensible and scalable CMS and has good support for i18n.
