The localisation scene is developing and at this stage there are still different actors discovering each other.
There is one project apparently in beginning stages for localisation of OpenOffice in Moore, Fulfulde, and Jula, another that has designed some keyboard layouts and begun to create discionaries, and a third conected with a government agency that is talking about beginning work and has some interesting plans.
An effort is being made to bring these in communication with each other.
