HARMONISATION AND STANDARISATION OF MAJOR CROSS-BORDER VEHICULAR AFRICAN LANGUAGES

Consists of a project of standarisation and harmonisation of African Cross-Border vehicular languages, with the goal of making them instruments of development and regional integration (alphabets / transcription, technical standards (Keyboards, fonts,etc...). There are 3 principal aspects:

• Linguistic
• Political/Policy
• ICT

Which Languages ?

T.B.D in function of 3 criteria :

1. Of countries where language is spoken.
2. Of speakers
3. Of regions concerned

Which region ?

The 5 region of Africa

Speakers, states, regions, communities.

Create synergism among institutes and commissions of languages
