Wikigroup communities portal on PanAfriL10n

As a part of developing communities for localisation in Africa, the "WikiGroups" feature of PmWiki wikl be used.

The initial pages will be country-based, and these are listed in the column at the left. However other kinds of groups can be set up.

An example is the Pan African Research on L10N Workshop & Localization "Blitz" (Marrakech, Morocco, 24-27 February 2007), which has a wikigroup at: http://www.panafril10n.org/wikidoc/pmwiki.php/Marrakech/HomePage
