A: English and French. As this event involved small group work and one-on-one sessions multi-language or translation support is limited. We will only offer consecutive translation French-English-French.

A: Electricity: 220V, 50Hz The plugs, there are two options: two-wire plug is ungrounded and has two round prongs and the other plug itself is similar to the previous except that it is round and has the addition of a female contact to accept the grounding pin in the socket.

Q How is the reimbursement for airfares going to take place? In which currency?
A: there will be two forms of reimbursements either via the bank transfer or Western Union (we will try to use WU option only in rare cases), the currency will be Euro, there wont be possibility to obtain any reimbursements in cash. All the participants will be contacted before the meeting to confirm the final figures for the reimbursement.
Q: Are there any extra costs that participants need to budget for?
A: Organisers are covering fully your accommodation, travel costs (for the period 23.02 -28.02.2007) and visas, all the other costs of your participation such as for example your health insurance need to be secured by you individually and wont be reimbursed.
